Amerine attends H&R Block convention Steve Amerine, owner of the H&R Block franchise in Vermillion, attended the tax firm's regional franchise convention in Billings, MT. Oct. 18-21.

The "Windows of Opportunity" agenda focused on company growth and new tax issues. More than 100 franchise representatives participated in seminars detailing the new Roth IRA and other tax law changes that will affect 1998 income tax returns.
