Area counselors plan mental health forum Lewis and Clark Chapter of the South Dakota Counseling Association will sponsor its first Mental Health Forum on Monday, Nov. 23 in Vermillion at the Rushmore Room of the Coyote Student Center. A chapter business meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by the forum from 7 to 9 p.m. The free, informal forum is meant to bring together all mental health professionals, community agencies, school leaders, attorneys, judges, legislators, medical workers, consumer groups and other referral agencies to discuss current mental health concerns. Informational tables are available at no cost.
