Cattlemen plan fall stag Nov. 16 The Southeastern South Dakota Cattlemen's Association Fall Stag membership meeting is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 16, 1998 at the Legion Hall in Wakonda. Social hour begins at 6:30 p.m. with the meeting at 7:30 p.m. All area cattlemen are invited to attend.
