Turner to serve as president-elect Sally Turner of Vermillion will serve as 1999-2000 president-elect of the South Dakota Counselors Association.
Turner, a private practioner, is currently employed as an LPC-MH by Heartland Counseling in Yankton and Vermillion
She has been an active member of the Lewis and Clark Chapter and currently serves as president. She is also a member of SDMHCA and has served as recording secretary of the SDCA Board for two years. Turner received her education degree from USD in 1996.
