Engaged Paul and Dorothy Rosenbaum of Vermillion announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea L. Orr to Jonathan C. Feller, son of Sally Vrana, of LeMars, IA.
A fall wedding is being planned. Andrea is a 1982 graduate of Mark Morris High School, Longview, WA and is currently employed as a dispatcher for The University of South Dakota.
Jon is a 1992 graduate of Akron-Westfield Community School, and is currently employed as a police officer for The University of South Dakota.
