Local Cargill receives Model Store input award Cargill AgHorizons South Dakota Business Operating Unit employees were recently honored with Cargill's prestigious "Model Store" award for their outstanding crop inputs business performance.
"Winning this award demonstrates Vermillion area employee's strong commitment to providing excellent service and delivering superior value to their customers," said Cargill U.S. crop inputs manager, Rick McLellan. "The South Dakota Business Operating Unit consistently looks for ways to improve their business and meet the changing needs of our farm customers."
The annual award is presented to the top eight U.S. Cargill crop inputs businesses. Winners are selected based on their overall financial performance and customer satisfaction.
"This award tells us that we are on the right track towards building an efficient, customer focused crop inputs business," said general manager Kurt Peterson. "We will continue to seek new and better ways to serve our customers."
