Boys tennis team wins again by Jim Prosser The return match against Sioux City West was intended to be a little "kinder" to the Wolverines as coach Von Fischer "brought up" the numbers eight through 13 on his roster for the competition experience they could gain and give the home a chance to enjoy some taste of victory.

West did win a doubles match but the final team results of 8 – 1 gave the Tanagers a season dual record of 8-2.
