Spring game action USD senior tailback Jamel White was largely responsible for the Red Team's 63-7 victory over the White Team Saturday afternoon at the Spring Game held in the DakotaDome. The game, a conclusion of the football squad's 1999 spring practice session, attracted a small enthusiastic audience of football fans. White, shown eluding a tackler's grasp above, scored three rushing touchdowns and two receiving touchdowns. He carried the ball 22 times for 279 yards and caught three passes for 91 yards.
