The Bluffs Bullentin Board Senior Men's Golf
Thirty-nine seniors took advantage of the "nice" weather to play the front nine. Lots of scoring but not many low ones!
Best score was registered by the Oaks, Reed, V. Christensen team with a 38. Next with a 39 was the A. Stewart, P. Boyle and V. Holter team. A two-way- tie at 40 was shared by L. Carlson, D. Raabe, and B. Lund and D. Baer, K. Beringer and J. Prosser. Four teams were tied at 41 Mo. Marcotte, L. Helseth and R. Mount, D. Munkvold, M. Anderson and M. Christol, S. Davis, R. Lynn and D. Ludeman, and A. Clem, H. Connors and A. Hatch.
Only two birdies were reported on hole #1, Baer hit the flag from 100 yards out and the short putt was sunk. J. Sommervold
recorded their birdie on #2. Lots of good food was demolished and 24 players were award winners.
Next week we will play the back nine with shotgun start at 12:30 and, of course, preceded by lunch at 11:30.
