VHS boys tennis falls to Lincoln by Jim Prosser Tuesday, May 11 both coaches, Dummermuth and VonFischer experimented with their line-ups in preparation for the upcoming state tennis tournament.
Several Patriot JV players joined the numbers five and six varsity for Lincoln against a re-arranged line-up for the Tanagers.

Troy Rickord 7/6 (9-11), 6/4; #5 Beau Blouin, (V), def Ross Bork 6/1, 6/0; #6 Joel Parker, (L), def Jay Merrigan 6/4, 7/6 (5-7).
Doubles:
#1 Krueger-Lorro def Eckert-Schaner 6/0,6/0; #2 Munsson-Eidem def. Rognstad-Rickord 6/4, 3/6, 6/1; #3 Blouin-Merrigan, (V), def Giegling-Parker 7/6 (8-5), 7/5. In a very competitive match the final score was 7-2 Lincoln over Vermillion.
