Winner, Tri-Valley tops in points at VHS Booster Club Invitational By Jim Prosser At the 1999 VHS Booster Club Invitational Track and Field Meet, seven schools competed in both girls and boys division a cool, breezy, sunny afternoon May 8.

Final team standings were:

Boys

First, Winner � 161, second, Elk Point-Jefferson � 138, third, Vermillion � 90.66, fourth, Harrisburg � 72, fifth, Tri-Valley 62.33, sixth, Dakota Valley � 25, seventh, Scotland � 4.

Girls

First, Tri-Valley � 111, second, Vermillion � 104, third, Winner � 97, fourth, Elk Point-Jefferson � 85, fifth, Scotland � 82, sixth, Dakota Valley � 41.5, seventh, Harrisburg � 38.
