Couple welcomes new son May 27 Landon Daniel Kopecky was born May 27, 1999 at Saint Elizabeth's Hospital in Lincoln, NE.

Landon weighed 8 lbs. 9 oz. and was 19 3/4 inches long.

His parents are Lisa (Mehlhaff) and Lon Kopecky of Lincoln, NE. Lisa is a 1991 graduate of Vermillion High School.

Grandparents are: Joanne and Rod Tieman, Vermillion and Les and Kathy Mehlhaff, Tripp.

Aunts and uncles include Mari and Paul Von Fischer, Vermillion, Gina Mehlhaff, Brookings and Dan Mehlhaff, Vermillion.
