Students graduate from SE Tech Two area Southeast Technical Institute students have successfully completed all requirements for graduation from their program of study as of May 21.
They are Jessica Petersen, graphic communications, Vermillion, and Adam Davis, diesel technology, Wakonda.
Southeast Technical Institute is located in Sioux Falls.
