Clarification The article in last week's Plain Talk and Wakonda Times titled "Legislation threatens Vermillion Light & Power" may draw unnecessary concern.
The article was meant to inform the Vermillion community of utility issues that are in legislation.
Vermillion Light & Power assures its customers and the community that it is not in immediate danger from the Energy and Appropriations bill that was passed.
