Old Settlers Assn. to meet Sept. 19

Old Settlers Assn. to meet Sept. 19 The Clay County Old Settlers Association will hold its annual meeting at the Vermillion Senior Citizens Center on Sept. 19, with a dinner at 12 p.m., registration at 11 a.m. and meeting following the dinner.

Reservations must be made by Sept. 14, by calling the Vermillion Senior Citizens Center, 624-8072, DonaDee Peterson, 624-8137 or Betty Jensen, 624-2425. The roast beef dinner, prepared by Delores Gregg, is $6.50.

This will be the 102nd year for this organization, the oldest continuous organization in Clay County.
