If all goes as planned, the work should begin in the spring of the 2000. The weather has been in the workers' favor � they've been able to haul and compact new dirt at the building site with virtually no delays caused by Mother Nature. The new dirt is needed to insure that the new foundations can be given a firm footing. The water table at the high school grounds is now several feet higher than in years past.
