Below, Karissa Martin, daughter of Doug and Joanne Martin of Vermillion, served as a sign of things to come after she had her face painted at Celebrate Vermillion, a family-orientated, non-alcoholic community event for everyone of all ages held at the CSC and at the DakotaDome.
