Will wed Tom and Shirley Hanafan announce the engagement of their daughter, Kari Hanafan, to Chad Holden, son of Greg and Mary Ann Holden, Sioux City, IA.
The bride is a 1991 St. Albert High School graduate. In 1995 she received her bachelor's degree from USD and in 1998 a master's degree in physical therapy from USD. She is currently a physical therapist at Sioux Valley Vermillion Hospital.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of Heelan High School. He has a 1998 bachelor's degree from USD and is currently an assistant manager at Ace Hardware in Vermillion.
The couple is planning an April 15, 2000 wedding.
