Baseball benefit dance is Saturday A benefit dance to raise funds for Vermillion's two amateur baseball teams, the Red Sox and the Grey Sox, will be held at the Eagle's Club in Vermillion on Saturday, March 11.
The dance will start at 9 p.m. and features music by the Clay Creek Deaf Cowboy Band.
Cost for the dance is $3 per person or $5 per couple. Funds raised will provide new uniforms and equipment for both teams.
The amateur baseball season will start in late May, although the schedule for both teams is yet to be determined.
