USD will offer summer school The School of Education at The University of South Dakota will conduct a summer school for children who are experiencing learning difficulties.
This summer school experience includes students enrolled in school from kindergarten to 12th grade. It will run from July 10 to Aug. 4, from 12:30 to 3:20 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
The cost of the session is $40. In the event we have more requests than we adequately provide for, students will be selected based on the severity of the learning problems and on a first- come, first-served basis. The university does not provide transportation.
Registration needs to be completed by May 20 to allow information to be gathered related to specific learning problems that may need to be addressed during summer school.
