Will wed Don and Janice Lyso, Wakonda, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly, to Daniel Freng, son of Tim and Lori Pflanz, Brandon and Ron Freng, Yankton.
Lyso, a SDSU nursing student, will graduate May 2001.
Freng is a senior at Southwest State University, Marshall MN. He will graduate May 6, 2000 with an elementary education degree.
The couple is planning a May 27, 2000 wedding.
