Day of prayer is May 4 Local churches along with the Vermillion National Day of Prayer Committee have worked together to provide the community with a variety of activities to accommodate a Day of Prayer. Most of the local churches will be open to the public for prayer from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Scheduled activities include:
7 a.m. � Prayer at Danforth Chapel on USD Campus � hosted by Campus Crusade for Christ.
Noon to 1 p.m. � Newman Center on Cherry Street � Half hour of prayer and music followed by a soup and bread lunch. Hosted by Vermillion National Day of Prayer Committee.
2 p.m. � Prayer at Danforth Chapel on USD Campus � hosted by Campus Crusade for Christ.
7:30 to 8:30 p.m. � Prayer and worship service hosted by St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 10 Linden Avenue.
Fellowship time immediately follows the service. Child care is available.
