? Landfill voucher for Vermillion residents. In mid-April, each residence will receive in the mail the City of Vermillion Guide to Services and Programs Booklet. The booklet outlines city services and contains a landfill voucher worth $15 to be used by residents. Full rules and explanation of a voucher is contained in the booklet.
