USD law students advance to the pace quarterfinals Representing The University of South Dakota Law School, the team of Maureen Rudolph, Rapid City and Phil Chandler, Vermillion, advanced to the quarterfinal round in the Pace National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition recently held at Pace University in White Plains, NY.
The School of Law team was among 27 of 72 teams to advance to the quarterfinal level.
The USD team prepared an appellant brief based on a hypothetical fact pattern regarding standards set by the Clean Air Act.
