Birth Loren and Janell Smith of Rochester, MN announce the birth of their son, Alex Chancellor Smith on April 14, 2000.

He weighed 8 pounds 4 ounces. He joins two brothers, Joseph and Daniel Phelps.

Grandparents of the new baby are Blanche Quincey of Trosky, MN, The late Joe Chancellor of Burbank, and the late Les and Ostrid Smith.
