Local youth track club competes in Sioux City The Vermillion Youth Track Club competed Sunday, April 30 at Roberts Stadium in Sioux City, IA.

Second grade:

Michael Nelson, third � 100M, and sixth � standing broad jump.

Ryun Fischbach, first � 160M (7:41.94 � meet record), second � 4×400 (7:15.52), and fourth � 100M.

Third grade:

Tony Thomas, first � sprint medley relay (2:39 � meet record) and high jump (3'6"), fourth � 100M (17.70) and long jump (10'2").

Tyler Johnson, first � spring medley relay (2:39 � meet record), fifth � 100M, and sixth � long jump (9').

Fourth grade:

Casey Carlson, second � long jump (12'3"), 100M hurdles (24.77) and 1600M (6.56), fourth � 100M, and fifth � 800M (3:12.4).

Matt Nelson, first � spring medley relay (2:11.36 � meet record), second � 100M, third � long jump (12'2 1/2") and fifth � high jump.

Fifth grade:

Andrew Manning, first � 1600M (5:52 � meet record), 800M (2:49.59) and sprint medley relay (meet record), third � long jump (11'7") and high jump (3'8").
