Nissen receives degree from LATI The 33rd annual Lake Area Technical Institute graduation ceremony was held Friday, May 19, with 420 graduates receiving their diplomas.
Chris Nissen, Vermillion, received his diploma from Gary Williams, director of Lake Area Tech. Nissen majored in diesel technology.
