Vermillion swimmers compete at Grand Forks The Central Zone Meet was held in Grand Forks, ND on Aug. 4, 5 and 6.
Approximately 600 swimmers from Indiana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Lake Erie, MI, Wisconsin and Illinois were in attendance.
Results are as follows:
10 & Under Boys
Tony Jensen: fifth � 50 breast; ninth � 50 back, 50 fly, 100 fly, 200 IM; 13th � 100 back.
11-12 Boys
Andrew Manning: 20th � 50 back; 17th � 100 back.
13-14 Boys
Justin Manning: sixth � 1500 free; seventh � 800 free; 13th � 400 free; 16th � 200 free; 26th � 100 free.
