Golfers top BV Lynx at home In a match Sept. 25 against Brandon Valley, the Vermillion High School golf team out-pointed their varsity 319-326 at The Bluffs.
The Tanagers' Bret Hogen was medalist with a 73 in the 18-hole contest. The home team members recorded the following scores: Nathan Boots � 82; Rob Schaack � 78; Brad Schaack � 98; Jeremi Cowman � 86; and Chris Moen � 104.
The Tanager JV team lost 195-163 as James Anderson from Brandon Valley shot 38 for medalist honors. Vermillion's scores were: Joel Anderson � 46; Charles Odsen � 48; Darrin Martin � 50; Steve Foltz � 51; Jared Bates � 58; and Jack Higgins � 63 on the front nine match.
