Tanager golfers defeat conference foe Tuesday by Jim Prosser The Tanager varsity golf team had a very successful match with Big 8 Conference foe Lennox on Tuesday, Sept. 5 at The Bluffs. Medalist with a score of 37 was Nathan Boots who led the team to a 162-187 victory. Following him were: Brett Hogen � 40, Rob Schaack � 42, Ryan Nelson � 43, and Brad Schaack � 48.
The JV team didn't fare as well when they lost to the Oriole JVs 196-183.
Participating in the dual, and their scores were: Chris Moen � 46, Ryan Annis � 48, Alex Hoffman � 50, Charles Odson � 52, and Joel Anderson � 53. Others playing but not having their scores used in the team results were: Darrin Martin, Steve Foltz, Jack Higgins, and Jared Bates.
