Tanager golfers place second in September 18 triangular The VHS golf team came in second Sept. 18 with a 158 in a triangular against Brandon Valley and Lennox.
Brandon-Valley High School won the triangular with 148 and Lennox High School was third with 161.
Medalist was the Lynx's Nick Bigelow with a score of 35. Tied for second were Justin Burma, Lennox, and Brett Hogen, Vermillion, with 37.
Other Tanager scorers were: Rob Schaack � 38; Ryan Nelson � 40; Nathan Boots � 43; Brad Schaack � 48; and Chris Moen � 48.
The junior varsity finished with 200 points to Lennox's 193 and Brandon Valley's 166. Individual JV Tanager scores were: Joel Anderson � 46; David Annis � 50; Darrin Martin � 50 ; Steve Foltz � 54; Charles Odson � 56; and Jared Bates � 58.
