'Common Sense Parenting' program begins October 16 Common Sense Parenting, a program designed to encourage "parenting with a warm heart, cool head," will begin Oct. 16 in Vermillion.
Sponsored by the Clay County Child Protection Team and the United Way, the program offers six two-hour training sessions for parents of preschoolers through grade six. The sessions will be held on Monday evenings � Oct. 16 and 23 and Nov. 6, 13, 20 and 27 � from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Vermillion Middle School library.
There is no charge and day care will be provided.
