Newlyweds Julie Nelson and Brent Prusa were married Oct. 21, 2000 at First Lutheran Church, Brookings, with Pastor James Hulberg officiating.
Parents of the couple are Dave and Sharon Nelson, Milbank, and Ron and Karen Prusa, Vermillion.
Maid of honor was Jennifer Vreugdenhil. Best man was Cory Schrag. Attendants were Andrea Orr, Gregg Hellinga, Leanne Prusa and Greg Nelson.
Following a honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple will reside in Brookings.
The bride is employed as a dental hygienist. The groom is an electronics engineer at Daktronics, Inc.
