Frank arrives for duty in Germany Army 2nd Lt. Craig E. Frank has arrived for duty at the Vilseck-Grafenwoehr Military Community in Germany.
Frank, a platoon leader, is the son of Robert G. and Bobbie K. Frank of Vermillion.
The lieutenant received an associate degree in 1994 from Barton County Community College, Great Bend, KS, and a bachelor's degree in 1999 from The University of South Dakota.
