Arviso Alvord will speak March 26

Arviso Alvord will speak March 26 Women in Medicine and Science will host a talk by Dr. Lori Arviso Alvord on "Ceremony Medicine: Ancient Wisdom in Modern Times" on Monday, March 26 at 7 p.m. in room 125 of the Lee Medical Building on the campus of The University of South Dakota in Vermillion. Arviso Alvord is the first female Navajo surgeon, associate dean of Dartmouth Medical School and author of the book, The Scalpel and the Silver Bear.
