Football team to hold spring game March 31 The University of South Dakota Coyotes will hold their annual spring football game at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 31 at the Vermillion High School.
In conjunction with the event, those attending the spring game will have the opportunity to contribute to the Tim Broderson Fund. A donation box will be set up at the site. The event will also include several area personalities serving as honorary coaches including media and local business people.
South Dakota Head Football Coach John Austin is very appreciative of the staff at Vermillion High School for allowing the game to be held on the field and helping at every turn.
"Athletic Director Gary Culver and his staff have been very helpful. I am appreciative that they are making it possible for us to hold the spring game in Vermillion this Saturday," said Austin. "We invite people from throughout the area to come see the Coyotes on Saturday. We appreciate the support. Our student-athletes and coaching staff have been preparing all month for this game."
