Nelsen inducted into honors program The College of St. Catherine's Antonian Honors Program announces that Courtney Nelson of Vermillion has recently been accepted to the program.

Admission is determined by student interest as reflected in an application, faculty recommendation, and a 3.5 grade point average.

Twenty students are admitted to the program as first-year students and an additional 10 may be added in their second year at St. Catherine's. Students in the Antonian Honors Program must take at least two honors seminars, complete at least two honors contracts, and complete a senior project to be recognized as an Antonian Scholar at graduation.

The College of Saint Catherine is the largest and most comprehensive Catholic college for women in the country. Through a diversity of programs, the college offers the intimacy of a four-year liberal arts college and the opportunity to complete baccalaureate, associate and master's degrees in a variety of health-care specialities, liberal arts and professional programs.

Committed to meeting the educational needs of women of all ages, St. Catherine's offers many of its bachelor's and master's degree programs in both weekday and weekend formats. With campuses in St. Paul and Minneapolis, the college has a total enrollment of 4,487.
