Will wed Rick and Betsy Petersen of Parkston announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica, to Timothy Brouwer, son of Vern and Gloria Brouwer of Jasper, MN.
The bride-to-be is a 1977 graduate of Vermillion High School. She is currently attending Southeast Technical Institute in the mechanical drafting course and is employed with Radisson Encore Hotel.
The future groom is employed with Gateway Companies in Sioux Falls.
An August wedding is planned.
