Operation Pride clean-up date is Saturday, April 28 Operation Pride will provide a "One Day Free Clean Up" in Vermillion on Saturday, April 28, beginning at about 9 a.m.
The event will take place in the area from (east/west) Dakota to Princeton and Franklin and (north/south) Cherry to Bloomingdale.
All residents within the defined area will receive free pick up of materials placed in alleys or at curbs where alleys are not available. Items that will be picked up include: yard waste, tree limbs, junk, rubbish, old furniture, white goods (stoves etc.) and separated recyclables.
All home owners are urged to take advantage of this one-time free clean up. Rental property owners are requested to assist in this effort and utilize this clean up to beautify their properties.
