Vermillion airport receives FAA grant

Vermillion airport receives FAA grant U.S. Senator Tim Johnson (D-SD) announced $3.9 million in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grants for several regional South Dakota airports, including Vermillion.

The FAA awarded these grants as part of its Airport Improvement Program. The grants will be used to rehabilitate and construct the runways, taxiways, and aprons at airports throughout the state.
