Leslie Larson will play basketball for Dana College

Leslie Larson will play basketball for Dana College Leslie Larson signed a letter of intent to play basketball at Dana College, a private, four-year college affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Churches in America, located in Blair, NE.

Dana College is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, NAIA, Division II, Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC).

Larson, a senior, was a two-year starter at Vermillion High School. In 2000, the Vermillion girls' basketball team was runner-up at the State A Basketball Tournament. Honors Larson received in both basketball and volleyball include all conference, academic all state, team captain, and region first-team in volleyball.

Other activities at VHS are junior and senior class secretary, National Honor Society, honors program, and Girls State. Her parents are LeRoy and Marlys Larson.
