Patrick Brooks awarded scholarship

Patrick Brooks awarded scholarship Patrick Brooks, son of Keith and Gloria Brooks, Vermillion, has been awarded one of the 2001 Most Valuable Student Scholarships by the Elks National Foundation.

The award of this scholarship is based on ACT scores, honors/awards, positions of leadership, organization participation, employment and community service. Brooks plans to attend South Dakota State University this fall.
