Russell receives MSU scholarship Timothy Russell from Vermillion has been offered a New Student Services Scholarship to attend Montana State University in Bozeman, MT.
This scholarship is awarded to selected incoming freshmen on the basis of commitment to academics and contributions to school and community.
MSU is home to approximately 12,000 students and offers a comprehensive array of programs and opportunities for students to study in one of America's most spectacular outdoor environments.
