Softball team ends season 32-36 The University of South Dakota softball team finished its season with a split of two NCC Championship games on May 5.
The Coyotes finished their suspended game against Minnesota State, Mankato early in the morning, finally defeating the Mavericks 13-0 in five innings. The Coyotes were then forced to play top seed North Dakota State in their second game.
USD played well against a very tough Bison team but fell by the score of 5-1. The Coyotes finished the season with a 32-36 record.
