Will celebrate Frances Orr-Coleman of Meckling will celebrate her 90th birthday on Saturday, May 19 with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. at Toby's in Meckling.
The event will be hosted by her four granddaughters: Patty Christensen, Westfield, IA; Cathy Mockler, Vermillion; Eva Orr, Yankton; and Wanda Orr, Meckling.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
She requests no gifts. A card shower will be held. Cards may be sent to Orr-Coleman at: 45665 E. Wicker St., Meckling, SD 57044.
She has 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. She has lived in Meckling since 1939, and served as Meckling's postmaster for 31 years.
