Exchange vows Gina Marie Ter Wee and James Frederick Zuercher were married Feb. 24 at the United Church of Christ in Vermillion, with the Rev. Steve Miller officiating.
Parents of the couple are Henry and Minerva Ter Wee, Inwood, IA, and Nancy Zuercher and Fred Zuercher, both of Vermillion.
Maid of honor was Angela Ter Wee, and bridesmaids were Jessica McHugh and Peggy Ter Wee, all sisters of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Katelyn Todd, niece of the bride.
Honorary attendants/candle lighters were Joni Saunders and Luanne Todd, sisters of the bride. Personal attendants were Heather Mitchell and Amanda Ter Eick, friends of the bride. Flower attendants were Irene Antrim and Reanna Antrim, friends of the couple.
Best man was Darin Jerke, friend of the Groom. Groomsmen were William Zuercher, brother of the groom, and Brian Hochhalter, friend of the groom. Junior groomsman/bible carrier was Darrell J. Todd II, nephew of the bride. Ring bearer was Jesse Saunders, nephew of the bride.
Ushers were Dylan McHugh, friend of the groom, and Heath Ter Wee, brother of the bride.
Wedding music was provided by Lindsay Thomas, soloist, and Anthony Burbach, pianist. The musical selections were Forever Young and When You Say Nothing At All.
The reception and dance were held at Prairie Inn in Vermillion. Wes Clark and Caryn Rice, friends of the couple, attended the guest book. Punch servers were Sara and Jim De Smet, cousins of the bride.
Cake cutters were Judy Groeneweg and Donna Tilstra, friends of the bride. Video tapers were Kris and Karla Krogman, cousins of the bride.
The couple took a wedding trip to Mexico and now make their home in Fuquay Varina, NC.
The bride is a graduate of West Lyon High School and The University of South Dakota. She is a special education teacher for the Wake Co. School System.
The groom is a Vermillion High School graduate and attended USD and the University of Wyoming. He is employed by the American Express Travel Agency in Durham, NC.
