Will celebrate 50th Bernell and Audrey Peterson of Yankton will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, June 10 at the McMahon Center in Wakonda. Friends and relatives are invited to attend. The couple requests no gifts.
Audrey Young and Bernell Peterson were married on June 14, 1951 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Wakonda. They have three children: Linda Peterson, Yankton; Mark Peterson, Wakonda; Patricia (Tom) Heine, Yankton; and two grandchildren.
