United in marriage

United in marriage Tammy Reuter and Heath Hillrichs were united in marriage on Saturday, June 30, 2001 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Hospers, IA. The Rev. Jim Tigges officiated. Parents of the couple are Marv and Shiryl Reuter of Hospers, and Gary and Charlotte Hillrichs of Akron, IA.

Matron of honor was Kristie Hough, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Lori Loutsch, sister of the bride, Heather Hillrichs, sister of the groom, and Melissa Kvernevig, friend of the bride. Melissa Loutsch, niece of the bride, was junior bridesmaid and McKenzie Reuter, niece of the bride, served as flowergirl.

Best man was Chris Colt, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Troy Dolan, cousin of the groom, Ryan Sevening, friend of the groom, and Eric Jacobson, friend of the groom. Jared Eslick, cousin of the groom, was junior groomsman and Timothy Dolan, cousin of the groom, served as ring bearer.

Guests were ushered to their seats by Randy Reuter, Gary Reuter, Ken Reuter, and Steve Reuter, all brothers of the bride, along with Terry Dolan and Clint Nielsen, both cousins of the groom.

Vocalists during the ceremony were Janet Klein, friend of the bride, Lisa Jacobson, friend of the groom, and Dan Gill, cousin of the groom. Lectors were Bill Dolan, uncle of the groom, Stacey Vondrak, friend of the couple, and Joshua Reuter, nephew of the bride. Personal attendants to the bride were her friends, Linda Nagel and Heidi Dooley. Kris Falkena and Andrew Jungers, friends of the bride, were Mass servers.

Janel and Leo Even, friends of the couple, were guest book attendants. Flower attendants were Paulette Huisman, aunt of the bride, and Marsha Howard and Robin Robinson, aunts of the groom.

A reception and dance were held at the Brunsville Legion Hall in Brunsville, IA. Cake cutters were Ardell Fischer, aunt of the bride, and Darlis Nielsen, aunt of the groom. Host and hostesses were Bill and JoAnn Dolan, uncle and aunt of the groom, and Deb and Rollie Sandhurst, cousins of the bride.

The couple plans on residing in Vermillion.
