Community First Insurance buys New Concept Insurance

Community First Insurance buys New Concept Insurance Community First Insurance, Inc. (CFII), an affiliate of Community First Bankshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: CFBX), has acquired New Concept Insurance Agency.

Specializing in commercial, personal and farm insurance products, New Concept Insurance Agency was founded in 1981 by Rich Job. The office is in Vermillion.

"When the opportunity to merge with a larger organization arose, I wanted to ensure that the company's philosophy would be similar to the one this agency was founded upon," said Job. "This insurance agency has been built on personal relationships, and the staff at Community First will continue to foster that philosophy. In addition, our insurance customers will have access to expanded financial services through Community First."
