Hubert receives $500 scholarship Tabitha Hubert, a 2001 graduate of Vermillion High School, was one of four recipients of the South Dakota Association of Rural Water Systems (SDARWS) $500 scholarship.
Hubert plans to attend South Dakota State University this fall. Her father, Joe Hubert is on the Board of Directors of Clay RWS.
The scholarship was sponsored by South Dakota Association of Rural Water Systems. SDARWS is dedicated to providing training and technical assistance to rural water systems and municipalities in South Dakota.
